This portal facilitates communication and follow-up with the Councillor's office. Submitting a complaint does not guarantee a specific outcome or timeline, and some matters may fall outside the Councillor's purview.

Not an official government system

This is the Councillor's citizen grievance and follow-up portal. It is not a replacement for official government portals or emergency services.
